 Hi, I am Andrea, A Nutritional Therapist, Author, Spiritual Healer and Life Coach.  

In my 20's I struggled with painful and heavy periods, depression, and digestion issues.  I tried everything to solve my issues.  When I hit perimenopause, my digestion got worse, I wasn't sleeping, I was anxious and teary, I didn't know who I was.  That was the turning point for me and it took me 10 years to start resolving my issues.
